Imbecile George Bush II is the one who proposed making tens of thousands of "sex offenders" because of pressure from the religious kooks. He signed the law that did it. Even the the religious kooks are more perverted than anyone. Everything that idiot Bush did has turned out to be stupid. Bush made Obama seem competent.
