He's 100% correct about the real problem, and when you ruminate on that long enough ... he has the correct solution. We have accomplished so, so much ... we've gotten so much out of our hard work since the industrial revolution. It's going to eat us alive unless we realize that this has been the goal all along (less toil, more leisure) and remove the stigma of "unemployment". This is an environment where there truly is not enough good, rewarding work to go around in a lot of places ... because we worked ourselves out of work.
