Meditation is important to get to the truth! We all have been socially conditioned to adapt even give in to this world. To accept it for what it is. But if we are to be free we must change it by changing ourselves first by reconnecting to the truth. God is the Father of all and we are his children. Call no one Father except He who is in heaven. What Father would not listen to the prayers and petitons of His children? What Father would give a child a stone if they ask for a piece of bread? (Paraphrase Jesus).
