when using over the air antenna with ANY samsung TV you scan for active channels in your area to add them to the memory

than you move the rotatable antenna to a different azimuth to receive other channels being transmitted from different locations

- there is no way to ADD new channels without doing complete scan which ERASES channels previously added with original antenna azimuth

Every channel scan erases previously remembered channels and there's no way to keep them

I need to program in groups of channels coming in from 4 different azimuths

there is literally no way to do this because the programmers of the user interface never foresaw such simple basic situation

their customer service is just layers and layers of reps who can't do anything and will not put in a request for such basic feature update
there's nobody to contact

their tvs are useless because of this
