When you are having a tense day at work: during your bathroom breaks sit on the toilet, take an extra minute, clear your mind, look up at the ceiling, and smile. When people talk to you, project positive thoughts their way. Especially with family and close friends. Pour love onto them. Solve your gut problems and treat your body as a temple. Go out in nature. Get sunshine all year long. Move. Accomplish things each day and pat yourself on the back for them. Make the people around you laugh and smile. Do things for others. Count your blessings. Solve your sleep problems. It has been said that only the boring are bored, in this amazing world we live in.
