Friday, April 26th, 2019 3:25AM PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania -- A mother in South Philadelphia says her 8-year-old daughter is a victim of school bullies who cut her child's hair. Yamina Zahir said that her daughter, Amina, has been repeatedly bullied at Commodore John Barry Elementary for more than a year. She said it reached a new level Wednesday when Amina came home from school with a large patch of hair missing from the back of her head. Mom says bullies cut 8-year-old daughter's hair at elementary school This is totally unacceptable if this did happen to this little girl, but I have my doubts if it happened at school. I would imagine if kids at school did this it wouldn't be a neat clean cut pattern unless the mother shaved the area after she got home.
