"Stupid" food thread...BUT, if you are in need of hot sauce...and everything around you is closed...here is a quick trick...

If you need hot sauce...but are out...but, you have wings or something...

buffalo wing sauce: half Tabasco - half butter melted in a pot

"general" hot sauce - mix vinegar and cayenne pepper powder to taste.....half and half will burn your butt...4 parts vinegar to 1 part cayenne..better...8 to 1 ...even less harsh!
