[link to www.dailymail.co.uk (secure)] In a horrifying video filmed by witnesses, the young man appeared to be making a phone call while standing dangerously on the edge of the 18-storey rooftop before the tiles came loose and caused him to lose his footing.

They talk quite a bit about the overall build quality of Chinese buildings and how many are falling apart even though they are only a couple years old. Pretty interesting stuff.
