Asteroids Thread - Destination: Hall of Fails

Here we go again. Ok, give us the orbital elements and/or ephemeris for at least one of these "large asteroids" headed our way.

Instead of BS flagging my post, which isn't even MY information, maybe readers can chip in with suggestions on how to determine the legitimacy (or the lack thereof) of this report.

0.Water, water is cheap, get all the money you have. Overdraw your credit card, borrow from your neighbour if you have to.
1. Food, get food that wont go off, Get bags of sugar, rice, flour, corn flour, beans, canned fish, Alcohol
2. Sanitary kit, first aid kit, water purifier, water filter, get Soap, soap bars are dirt cheap, Alcohol, Povidone Iodine!
3. Get a first aid pack, cloth, jackets T-shirts, socks, underwear
4. Sleeping bag, sleeping mat, tent, Charcoal, fire kit etc
5. Ham Radio, Hand crank to charge your gadgets


This is what will happen, Asteroids will hit earth. Multiple locations.
You will notice Earth quakes, Tsunamis, Ash clouds, it will get dark, it will rain ash, it will thunder a lot, it will get dark and cold for a while.
It will snow ashes, since tonnes of particles will be pushed into the atmosphere. Electricity will stop coming out of your wall, so will the water,
then it can go two ways, either it will be managed decline and the military will take the charge or it will be full blown panic and chaos and everyone will run to the stores and try to get supplies.


Chances are we are all pretty much fucked. But now it all makes sense, why they let Detroit and the west fall apart and Rott. It explains where all the trillions went. It explains the conspiracy theories about a breakaway civilisation and a new world order.
Ladies and gentleman, the new world will come, and it will be without us. Without most of us. Humanity will be so decimated, so few will survive.

The guy didn't have any trajectories Astro. I was hoping YOU could take a look at the sky (maybe sunfacing) and see if you can see anything at all. Maybe a broad look around???? Prrrrease???

Her prediction sounds pretty doomy.

She is a vedic astrologer. I'm more inclined to take her into account more just because of that.

May 1-2 Saturn-K2 conjunction - revealing of things

May 4 - New moon - progress moving forward

Jupiter is still in Scorpio - treacherous--signifies destruction (tail of Scorpio)- jealousy/greed/explosive things/clearing

Gendanta/Jupiter (?) deals with drowning. Major well known people dying. Illness/dying.

Dissolving of old belief systems (spiritual).

May 7th - Some crisis will occur. Moon and Mars. For USA.
Something threatening the land. Something is disrupted in communications and traveling. Major issues here. Something big is happening. Affects air travel. All forms of transportation (ships/trains). Mars/Rahu in Gemini.

May 8th Jupiter trines Venus - brings people together (because of events happening?) Again, major floods, literal drownings. Severe emotional discord. Extreme.

No offense, but I've got more pressing priorities for my telescope this weekend. No trajectory info, no random pointless searching. I've got a rocket launch to track either tomorrow morning, or more likely Saturday morning, and my equipment is currently configured with that in mind.

Even if something were there, there's very little chance I would personally find it. It's the collective power of all amateur astronomers observing nightly that provides the high odds that any "large" asteroid would be seen well before impact. The real risks therefore come from smaller asteroids still large enough to do regional damage without being large enough to be picked up until they're right on top of us.

This is not a joke. Im working for RUAG a Swiss Aerospace and defense company. Im part of a team providing equipment and software to Government bodies.

Earth is about to get showered with multiple large asteroids. Every government knows about it. It's a known open secret.
Warnings will cause a global panic and cause potentially more unnecessary deaths.


Get bottled Water and canned food. And try to get as far as possible inland.
I cant tell you where it's the safest because I don't know the final trajectory and impact zone. Impact zones is pretty much determined but I don't know them myself. I will go with my family into a remote ski area where we have a winter home.

All I can tell you it's not a drill. Get the people you love no matter what excuse you have to tell them, tell them you don't have much to live and its your last wish or tell them you won a lot of money and you want to celebrate it tell them any shitty lie you have to tell them to get them to go with you and GET THE F*CK out of the cities.
Even if your city wont be affected by the Asteroid, or tsunami or earthquake etc Cities are deathtraps because nobody has any supplies and no supply will come, at all. If you read any war diaries out from Russia you will know that murder, raids and cannibalism are normal in a large city cut out from supplies.

Even if you aren't in the Blast zone, the tsunamis and quakes, ash cloud and food and electricity shortages will be insane.

Actually I was going to track the non-existent 2019 PDC hypothetical asteroid, which I may do anyway if the weather clears up. In truth there's nothing there, just like there's been nothing there at the previous locations of previous PDC hypothetical asteroids. They do these wargame simulations of what to do if a serious threat asteroid is found, 2019 PDC is just the latest scenario. I don't think that necessarily relates to this thread. Honestly (obviously), I seriously would hope that the information is NOT true. I commute to a smaller city to work so my kids are away from there. I'm not taking off work Monday...but I'll put my walking shoes in the trunk with some water and protein bars just in case I have to hoof it. I'm VERY land locked and high elevation so not worried about THAT particular thing.

One thing is...my daughter is a clairvoyant dreamer (as am I) and she had a dream of me having to get out of my car and walk (I thought car trouble maybe?) and that there was a bad earthquake and one of her siblings was trapped in the rubble so we were all there trying to be with him. I'll be having her dreams in mind now. :(

Interestingly astro got banned from live streaming for a week or two just the other day. I wonder if its related.
