Imagine the reaction from the plebs had He claimed so..instant stoning. Jesus said He was the Son of Man. When He ascended, He left behind the Advocate (HIS Holy Spirit) for guidance. Indeed, right now every one of us is surrounded, penetrated by His spirit, it's what gives a Christian his powers. What...you are a Christian and are devoid of powers, then you do not possess the Holy Spirit. Simple nukk! He did claim to be the Son of God St. Mark 14:61 But he held his peace, and answered nothing. Again the high priest asked him, and said unto him, Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed? St. Mark 14:62 And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. St. John 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? John 8:42 Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me; for I proceeded forth and have come from God, for I have not even come on My own initiative, but He sent Me. 2 Beings. The Son came forth (begotten) from the Father. Together they send out their Spirit, i.e. the living water flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb in Revelation 22:1. Jesus is the Comforter and the Spirit, He knows what we go through. The "holy ghost" of a supposed "trinity" doesn't know what it's like to be a human... but the Son does, the Son of man, Jesus Christ, the one whose "goings-forth have been from of old, from everlasting". After speaking about the Comforter in John 14, all through John 17 Jesus prayed about His Father and Himself - no separate "holy spirit" is mentioned. Jesus is our Holy Spirit. Christianity has virtually no knowledge of who their God is. Very sad. |

They were jealous Gods and found that together they could be more effective if they formed a posse to round up that loose cannon dude Darth Satan. They cornered him on a small blue planet in the Dagobar system. He was running amok and had complete control over the dumbed out populace who were to busy with making whoopee to be bothered to look up. The three Gods drew straws and the shortest was assigned to get the people to wake TF up. He went on down but as a cover appeared as a bouncing baby boy. He quickly grew and soon was able to show the throngs that he had some tricks up his sleeve. When the people began to notice him he was riding with the Deliberate Disciple gang. He rode a brown donkey sport XP and was quite the sight. People were in awe of his front wheelstands and riding on water, so they said that he was the coolest dude they had ever known, that maybe he was the promised liberator. Soon the news had reach Darth and he sent out stormtroopers to arrest and detain him. His gang were asleep at the time so they had no trouble except for one who thought he heard some one say "where's your buckeneers?". To which he replied, "not on you bucking head". They tried him for speaking truths (cardinal sin) and proceeded to a full tribunal in the high court whereupon they found him guilty of speaking truth. They decided that the way forward was to make an example of this dude and took him out of the equation. Little did they know that he was not done and came back to make sure his compadres could hold up their end of the game. He annointed them with sparks from his grinder and they went out speaking gibberish due to their eyes having grit in them. He left without giving them the script for eyedrops but promised to come back with goods...schoon! |
