I'm Australian so feel I can mention some things that are beginning to bother me about my loved country. Sydney and Melbourne are becoming so crowded - traffic is horrendous and buses are always packed. Melbourne is developing into a a crime capital It seems that immigrants all want to live in these two huge cities. I live in Perth and we do have a beautiful city. Population is still manageable and I hope we stay that way. Perth is the most isolated city in the world and it is that isolation that protects us from the hordes. Japan and other Asian countries are packed with crowds of people and just take a look at their trains. Packed in like sardines.- can hardy breathe and the quality of their air is awful. China will gradually suffocate its population. Over populated countries are becoming a big problem everywhere. Perth is certainly not a third world city and the growth here is amazing due to huge mining projects in the states northern parts. Tourists flock here and love our blue skies and white beaches,.If you want to see some magnificent houses take a drive along the beaches and through our river suburbs. You can have your ugly high rises and huge highways streaming with endless traffic lanes and wall to wall cars. Australia is not a third world country.. people of the world know that and hunger to get in here. Hope we never become overcrowded like much of the worlds major cities....
