Not really a house tho. You Aussies are fucking nutz if you think these houses are worth more than 30K I can assure you this is propoganda... Places around me sell from 900K to 3 M+.. and they are more than worth it. The only places that are surreal are the mining boom towns in the middle of FA and the miners can afford 1000+ per week rent so as to have some space and air con... That property you listed I can guarantee is pegged for redevelopment for condos 90%, based on the land size. Best thing is its a shitty weather board which will cost FA to demo...
