there is a mistake here – can’t see the forest for the trees – this is not “immigration crisis” but “speculative economic crisis” where immigrants are used only to delay the inevitable – ultimate implosion of living standards
it’s not about retail, property, … it’s about debt and only debt
immigrants don’t contribute much to the economy by spending or working, they are needed to get credit
an immigrant that earns $100k, pays 30% in taxes, saves 20% is not contributing at all but one that makes $50k and gets $500k mortgage after 2 years living here is saving our ponzi economy

once ponzi economy implodes living standards will get real hit because 80% of Australian live beyond their means
and than crowd in the morning will not matter for many because there is not going to be a job to get to

How to make money on the migrant vibrancy.

Worse I saw on one documentary about it, that this local ozy guy was been held back because most of his group were foreign students with a bad level of English so he was ending up having to explain and do everything because they couldn’t understand. So it’s starting to affect local yen students directly as well."

He has an economics degree and a masters in commerce, and a career as a manager and management consultant from 2000-2016. No technical or cyber security background.

Spot on. Australian universities have been restructured by the same managerialism that is required for all neo-liberal races to the bottom. A big part of this is incentivising CEOs and key staff towards unethical and socially reprehensible actions. University salaries for VCs is the prime indicator of a sick system run by sell outs who have sold their souls to the neoliberal game plan.

Neoliberal management:

1. Argue for self-regulation and self governance.

2. Install incentivised CEOs and money focused boards to do what no sane or ethical person would ordinarily do and abandon professional principles.

3. Cut public funding.

4. Wait for money to be generated by a new and morally bankrupt economy that sells reputation and public utility built over 100s of years. Trash benefits to society for benefits to the institution.

Clive, the Universities are already regulated by TEQSA.

If you read the HESF Standards for 2015 the very first standard requires Higher Education Providers to ensure they admit students into their course who have the academic preparation and English language proficiency for their intended course.

Now, if TEQSA was a proper regulator and conducted site visits where evidence of student course work was obtained it would be obvious the overseas students would not have the English language proficiency for their course, it’s more of a case of regulatory capture than greedy VC’s.

I don't find the vast majority of Australian girls to be sweet and feminine. And that accent is very offputting. Plus, of the Australian girls I know most of them are widebodies or pretty close. That would never work

If you're a loud party animal African you'll likely do well in Australia. If you wear tight jeans, have lots of tattoos and proudly call yourself a CIS gender lefty hipster with a fancy beard - you'll enjoy Australia too.
