I went to Party City last week, not for balloons but catering supplies for a party I am helping with. I noticed the stock is dwindling and not like it used to be.
This is sad. I hope the one near me is not affected.
Quoting: NOLAangel Dollar Store has the same stuff... for a dollar. Party City used to carry elaborate Halloween Costumes but no one does Halloween anymore. It's just too Halmark Holiday canned bullshit. Even the Christian Bookstore chain by me is closing because most people shop online and there is just no market for the things people did in the 1900's. 2000's is about necessity, war prep, comfortable practical clothes, hanging out at home and buying things for comfort, and eating better foods. Times change.
