Reuters reported that the transfer would include $604 million from Afghan security forces accounts, with the rest coming from Air Force programs, a chemical demilitarization program, and a retirement account.

It’s public knowledge, the people who are writing the contracts for the border wall, USACE public affairs office Fort Worth Texas have already completed solicitation for over hundreds of miles of border walls construction and it has been under construction for months. There been new walls and in some places repairs of old barriers. There been multiple contracts award to companies in multiple places.
