God did not outsource the job to save humanity, to humans. He did not outsource to mere angels. He did it himself.

Those who are naturally minded will conclude that Jesus wants us to eat his flesh and drink His blood literally! As strange as this sounds to us now it was what many of His disciples thought. It's the reason most of them left Him. "Therefore many of His disciples, when they heard this, said, “This is a hard saying; who can understand it?”...From that time many of His disciples went back and walked with Him no more..."[John 6:60,66]

All those who believe that the Father is a separate person to the Son are no different to these natural thinking disciples!

TheLordsServant and so many who have posted on this thread are natural thinking Christians. Their minds are completely closed. So when they read words like "Father" or "Son" in the Scriptures, they cannot but think naturally. They fail to understand that these Words have a different meaning beyond there literal interpretation. And as long as they continue to think that God is two or three persons they will remain spiritually blind to the Truth!

The point is you are using a corrupt translation... in order to prove that Jesus is God when He isn't.. He is God's glory.

Titus 2:13 calls Jesus THE GLORY OF GOD.

How many times does God claim to be the Lord, and is called the Lord in the Holy Bible? Did he give his title to Jesus?

Are you really as impure and full of unrepentant lies and reprobate as TLS? Liars lie. ^the He in that verse is the Father, the One True God, not Jesus. So Jesus isn't God.

Spiritual things are spiritually discerned. If the Holy Spirit is no in you then Jesus cannot say Well done my Good and faithful servant. It is not us that makes us Good but God in us.
