I seriously didn't know it was still an issue. Although I fear for California when all that snow really starts melting. There is a thread here about the dam - might search it. There is daily worsening conditions. A dear friend on here is right at the bottom and will not leave his place, and many others feel the same. Further downstream, high-end housing has been built exactly where the flooding dam decimated in the past. Nothing about that damn dam is amusing.
