“The female was able to get the officer’s Taser away from him,” he said, according to KPRC.
“[She] actually Tased the officer, which forced the officer to draw his duty weapon and fire multiple rounds at the suspect.”
Turner’s sister, Antoinette, confirmed to KPRC that her relative was the dead woman.
She said her sister — who has two children in their 20s as well as three grandkids — was on medication for schizophrenia and previously complained that the officer, a neighbor, had harassed her.
