He talks slowly and there is a lot of pauses as he reflects on things but, in my opinion, there is some very interesting stuff in it that made it worth watching to me. It might help to put the speed on 1.5 to speed it up a bit.

No matter what it was, I saw a very defeated guy in that video and, either way - intentional or not - it's tragic.
