Perhaps this is why they are in a hurry to empty out the equator countries. Can't have millions of people getting in your way when you're trying to rebuild your own personal earth.

You will know this to be true if European and American leaders suddenly lose interest in Muslim and Venezuelan refugees. When the time is near they will drop all issues go into phase II...get the fuck out of dodge. I would also expect to see the political infighting fade quickly.
