Can anyone clarify if you are legally allowed to leave the state of Alabama as resident and get a procedere (there are more than one) in another state? Or do you then become a murderer who will be charged with a felony upon your return home to states with that law? Anyone know yet?

That's a very good question. I would imagine jurisdiction has a lot to do with it meaning, if you leave the state for an abortion where abortion is legal and return, you would not be prosecuted. Alabama cannot extent Alabama law to Massachusetts.

One thing this law might hinder is the practice of a female intentionally having a child to trap a male emotionally or financially, usually by falsely claiming to be using birth control, etc...

The best idea is to block (thru a reversible process) the ability of male and female babies to reproduce until they can apply to have their birthing abilities restored after they turn 18. Once they show financially stability and pass some background checks, their ability to reproduce is restored thru a routine reversal process taken care of by insurance.

No on the above idea... they are not ready in that ense to have kids at 18... most on this planet.. it accomplishes nothing except make medical folks richer.

What we will choose to do is to sterilize people who violate LIFE.. by having abortions or raping women. To keep reproductive rights... good behavior is necessary.

You have a legal person to conduct commerce with. You are not a legal person in the womb therefore the legal realm has no jurisdiction to make an decision period!
You can terminate the legal entity on the birth certificate, but you are still not allowed to murder.
