I ran off two idiot neighbors in the apartment above me. They were always fighting, screaming,crying at all hours.

I waited until one was alone and then played simulated auditory halucination videos on a phone that I held against the wall so the sound would carry upstairs.

The fighting got more intense after deploying this tactic. They were gone in about a week.

Ahhhhh peace and quiet returned.

That reminds me of when I lived in an apartment building in Los Angeles. Anyway about 5 AM some dick came home after a night out and turned his stereo on full blast. So about 5 minutes later someone was banging on his door and threatening to break it down and punch him out if he did not turn it off. He turned it off.

The real question should be: Why are his claims not being investigated?? Sure he is yelling and upset and people don't like that - however - what exactly is making him so upset??
