Money has got everyone by the balls.
It’s got the super rich by the balls because they always have to think about how to keep it and make more. It’s got the poor by the balls simply because they have to live Day to day. It’s got the ones who are against money because they need it to.

I think there is like an island in the Indian Ocean with primitives on it who dont use money. And maybe some Amazonian Indians. That’s about it.

We’re doomed.

Money is an illusion and weapon here. For those in the club it is never ending, for the rest of us it's never around.

We're going to change this equation.

Re: Money has got everyone by the balls.
What you call "money" is simply a medium of exchange. If you need a product or service that you can't/won't provide for yourself you need a means to acquire it. In some situations YOU have something the person who has what you need is willing/needs themselves. So you trade firewood for a calf.

In those instances where that's NOT the case you need something that people recognize as having value, as being negotiable (doesn't matter if it truly has value, what matters is that people agree to use it...) in order to acquire what you need/want.

Depending on where you are it could be money, bird feathers, sea shells, tulip bulbs, etc.

What has everyone "by the balls" is that self-reliance is no longer valued the way it once was.

I grow vegetables, I roast my own coffee, I roll my own smokes, we make our own soap, candles, etc. That's not meant as "look at me!", it's meant to say that if I can do it so can most people IF they want to be less caught up in the money game.
