Alabama abortion bill rape issue solved. The rapist should have his dick cut off

I will be honest. Abortion is murder, but there was something that didn't sit right with me, when a woman has one because of rape. It's like the rapist gets off and the woman has to suffer for life. Not only does she have to suffer, she has a child who wont have a dad. We talk about how important family structure is, but what does a woman do in this case? I'm not sure if I have the answers, but I know what the penalty should clearly be for the man you raped the woman in the first place. If you want to outlaw abortions for rape victims, it's only fitting the man has his dick cut off. Period.
