Look heres the deal. If you want to eat food that won't kill you. You need to eat all organic. Meaning read the ingredients on everything. If it has chemicals in it don't eat it. For example all breads that say enriched flour do not buy. It has to be Duram Flour, or whole wheat flour. No enriched flour. That is all chemicals. Dave's Bread is great bread. And no it doesn't go bad like people like to say about it, it stays better than regular bread in my opinion. Same goes for pasta. No enriched flour pasta. All vegetables have to be organic as well as milk, meat etc.. meats should be free range grass fed. Yogurt should be from grass fed cows whenever possible. All nuts and other products cannot say on processed in a facility that handles dairy and soy. If it says this the food is absolute dog shit and I don't know why. Drink water that is not from the tap. It must be from a natural spring like Fiji water or actually go to a natural spring and get your water. If you do all these things you are on the right track. Also you won't notice the improvement from switching breads for like 2 to 3 weeks because you have to get all the toxic shit out of your system first. It takes a while. So I would suggest going on an atkins style diet for like a month then make the switch. The supply chain to digest carbohydrates gets fucked up and the bad shit gets processed first. That's why even when fasting you can be sitting there and all of a sudden get heart burn or feel like shit, because even though you haven't eaten anything your body is burning through the terrible shit that is actually in your blood stream.

Not sure what this has to do with what we are discussing. That's some random weird hernia problem you have. Nothing to do with eating real foods, though I am sure if you did read ingredients like I said it would probably help with your hernia too.
