But we are not "drafting," we are talking about the volunteer military that is supposed to be a deterrent to enemies. Drafts are too late in the age of cruise missiles and ICBMs.

Military needs alot more than just grunts and cannon fodder, this isn't 1940 anymore. The vast majority of military personnel aren't frontline troops. It takes alot more than an 80 IQ to operate and maintain the current tech.

Just sad.
