I don't like Facebook or Twatter, but they are private companies and can allow who they want to post or ban. It's not the Federal government's job to police that, and I would think unconstitutional at that. Facebook makes its money from advertising, if you want to hurt Facebook go after the advertisers. Start using an alternative like diaspora or any of the one's listed here - [ link to prism-break.org (secure)] If all he is wanting to do is draw attention to it so that people see what is happening, then more power to him. If they want to sue them for illegally giving user data to other organizations, fine. What type of legislation would they have? Will all websites have to allow everybody to post whatever they want? Getting the .gov involved is not the answer. Anything that the .gov touches turns to shit.
