Say, "Do you have a minute? I have something that deeply troubles me and I would like to talk you about it".

Pastors, chaplins, counselors do this. What they hear troubles them and weighs on them, but it is the role they have taken on.

There is evil and there is good. Seek the good and try to avoid the evil.
