Truth be told, there’s no magic combination of words that someone can tell you to make you feel differently.

Your life needs to have meaning and you should focus on that, rather than haircuts and shaving or not.

Maybe you point those things out because those people do have a sense of purpose.

Find it. Find your sense of purpose and get the appropriate grooming habits for that focus.
