After three human cases of the West Nile virus were diagnosed in Oklahoma, one of which was in Canadian County, a retired farmer expressed his concerns about landscapers who might be creating breeding grounds for mosquitoes and other insects.

Bob Harper said that he's seen several landscapers digging holes near the Canadian River. When it rains, those holes fill up with water.
