Saying things like, "I don't need a supervisor" and not wanting to take direction from men (everything is mansplaining for them these days) and out of caution the senior management cow tows to these whiners for fear they'll sue for discrimination if they don't. Men are let go in favor of the women, who then takes on responsibilities she has no experience, knowledge, or skill in, and then whines when the remaining men who do know the job won't do it for her. I avoid, most women in my work place. Luckily quite a few are real professionals, but some of the younger, and older super liberal who run around screaming "girl power" in the office scare the living shit out of me. It seems they now scare the living shit out of upper management too, and often these ladies are let go for their inability to perform. Hoping the pendulum is starting to swing back to merit as they seek to fill these positions which are crucial to meeting our customers needs. |

Restrict the workplace to women with a IQ of 115 or higher and most of those problems would be solved. Being a whore and a scammer tends to be a dumb women thing. |

All the *older* successful men I know who've never harassed anyone that I know of, would be scratching their heads after reading this, going *so what should I do now*? It's gotten way too complicated, especially for an older generation of men that are looking soon to retirement. |

What man wants to put his career in jeopardy because a comment of "that's a nice dress" or "do you need help with that?" gets defined as "harassment"? |
