It would be hilarious if it was not so sad to watch..woman past their prime threatening to not have sex with men.

I completely agree. I am extremely apprehensive to be leader that mentors females at this point in lengthy career. I don’t want to work one-on-one developing female colleagues anymore which is a part of what I have to do as a business executive.
 Quoting: Random NiNe

Then don't. Women have been more than vocal about their perfection and abilities that rival and out class men in every way. They have made it abundantly clear "They don't need MEN".
 Quoting: HowlinMadMurphy

You don’t understand how most businesses work. When a person gets hired, male or female, or when this person is designated as a high potential candidate for advancement , they have to be placed with a mentor for development. The mentor doesn’t have a say in it, they do what they are required to do.
 Quoting: Random NiNe

Oh I understand how business works, but you only need to do what you are required to do and not an iota extra (dinners, after work mentoring, etc.). I would go so far as to purchase a body camera. Your company will get the hint and stop giving you women to mentor, and or you will never be falsely accused of anything. It is a win win.
 Quoting: HowlinMadMurphy

Never would I go to dinner or drinks or any extracurricular activity with any subordinate. Male or female. That’s considered favoritism and is extremely unprofessional to do. Wearing a body camera at work is also against most employers policies.

Men must employ the PENCE RULE with respect to all "social" situations, and for "one on one meetings" and "mentoring" work, men must employ BODY CAMS.

That'll stop the unfounded accusations, and make settlements with these silly twits a thing of the past.

Is wearing a body cam against most employer policy? I bet if you asked you might be surprised at what they say. If not then I would ask for a mentor and training room that is totally wired for audio and video, and that no meeting with mentors may take place outside of these designated areas. If we want to end this madness it is time to start using LOGIC and modern tech to catch these lying cupid stunts red handed.

That rule really got the feminist's blood boiling. They try to act like he has the rule because he is not sure he can trust himself with women. It couldn't be that he thinks some woman would lie to damage his reputation.

Wearing a body camera at work is also against most employers policies.
 Quoting: Random NiNe

If the employer has such ridiculous policies on the books, then their male employees have only TWO options.

First option, follow 'policy' and don't wear a body cam. With this option, the man risks being falsely accused of inappropriate behavior (or worse) by some pink headed twit for brains that the morons in HR put on the payroll.

The false accusation will cause him to lose his job and be unable to get another in his field because word of the false accusation will follow him FOREVER.

Second option, break 'policy' and wear a body cam. With this option, the man risks being accused of ... breaking company policy on wearing a body cam. HOWEVER - he will SURVIVE any false accusations made by the pink headed twit who decided it would be FUN to destroy his life by making false accusations against him. While certainly the employer MAY choose to fire him for daring to break 'policy' by wearing the body cam, he will be able to land another position BECAUSE he can prove he did NOT do whatever pink headed nutjob accused him of doing.

Take yer pick, those are the two options men have today.

I don’t hire women if I can help it. But that’s more or less because they are flighty, younger women also have children and put their careers on hold or expect you to put their position on hold for a year or so and let them come back I guess... firing their replacement that filled in.

Only women I have are older in their mid to late 40s or 50s as secretaries. That’s about the extent that I trust or want to employ them and it’s worked out well. Maybe in other fields where you do nothing and move papers from one desk to another a female can excel. Even my wife, she is an amazing women, extreme go getter and worked her way up to her position as a regional director but once she had kids she front loaded a few months of paid vacation and sick days and took her maternal leave and disappeared never even giving her company a heads up which she was told to do by her agent oddly enough. I make about 8-9x more then her so I don’t really care and I prefer her home watching the kids but it just reinforced my thoughts on how women in the work place are just a huge list of negative attributes especially now in this metoo climate. Last thing anyone needs is some women suing them for a joke they told and laughed about 5 years ago.

Oh, no. Women all went out of their way to ignore me when they thought I was little preacher boy virgin in theology school.

Stuck their uppity noses up at me, ignored me, shunned me, and treated me like the tosspot of the world.

Consider the favor returned.

It depends on the industry you are in. But I think women are naturally better at certain types of product sales than men. For sure they have a huge advantage for products like pharmaceuticals, eye care, medical, etc.

I have been mentored by men my whole life.

From the time I was 17 and even now at 51. I've never had any trouble getting a man to mentor me. Of course, I've never threatened them or their livelihoods either.

MEN are very reasonable.

Men actually THINK about the next word from their mouths, about today's business, about the future. About consequences and potential rewards or pitfalls. Thinking is good.
Women FEEL about everything and respond to those feelings at the top of their lungs, lashing out at anything or anyone that gets in the way of their feels.

In business, you'd better think.

In my 60 years I haven't gone one day without a man harassing me. Maybe you guys can work on that, like find the guys who do this to women and tell them to stop.

Don't claim to be a victim of women because they speak out. Instead be open to improvement and communication. Give it a try.

Or beat up women, I don't care. whatever.

And women like her are the reason that I try not to even talk to them and I'm never alone with them at work not to mention the cameras that have been installed. All the vindictive whore mongering put me a movie #metoo movement did was set women back 20 - 30 years.
