Then don't. Women have been more than vocal about their perfection and abilities that rival and out class men in every way. They have made it abundantly clear "They don't need MEN".

Your company will get the hint and stop giving you women to mentor, and or you will never be falsely accused of anything. It is a win win. Never would I go to dinner or drinks or any extracurricular activity with any subordinate. Male or female. That’s considered favoritism and is extremely unprofessional to do. Wearing a body camera at work is also against most employers policies. Is wearing a body cam against most employer policy? I bet if you asked you might be surprised at what they say. If not then I would ask for a mentor and training room that is totally wired for audio and video, and that no meeting with mentors may take place outside of these designated areas. If we want to end this madness it is time to start using LOGIC and modern tech to catch these lying cupid stunts red handed.
