What gives you the right to be abusive? To me or any other woman? Because you have to behave and be professional?

Basic etiquette says that if a woman extends a handshake you accept. And that's right, you should never be in the same room alone with a woman unless you are married to her.

Toxic masculinity is very basic too:
Treating women like sex objects
Lad Culture, Locker Room Talk
Resorting to violence to settle differences
Using “boys will be boys” to excuse bad behavior.
Feeling like it’s not ok to talk about emotions
Homophobia and fragility when males don’t display “typically masculine” traits (dancing, wearing make up)
