I'm a little concerned right now.

Kind of want to call the police, but I can't prove that a crime has been committed.

What I really want to do is call my friend who's a master Mason since I don't really know anyone else besides little people out here.

There is a guy in my neighborhood, clearly selling drugs out of the house. He flagged me down as I was returning from a late night bike ride. We chatted for a minute, I could tell he was insane but I became aware that he is feuding with another neighbor about cops being called the other day. I attempted to reconcile the situation with words. This is a low income neighborhood, and clearly the guys threatened now. He grabbed my shirt and got all serious, then changed the subject while I calmly asked him to let go of my shirt.... (I've dealt with worse). He tried multiple times to invite me inside his house, to which I declined, to the point which he became slightly irate. Then I said blah blah all due respect let's talk tmrw or the next day, but in the meantime I'll do whatever I can to keep the lady out of his business. He just gave me the death stare.


What do I do next?
