The guy did not cooperate with the officer from the start.
He could have put down the bucket and stick like he was asked to but no, he had to play the victim card.

It could have accidently went off and picked up that piece of white trash pointing the 9mm at him.(BTW I'm White, and a tax payer) And I didn't see any victim card being played. I saw a cop with his gun drawn about to make a dead victim out of a MAN picking up trash. Why was he even questioned? Daily Quota? Stupid AC. Wish I could get some my white neighbors to pick up the crap in their yards.
