YEAH...DID NOT GET CAUGHT...IT WAS LATE AT NIGHT..STRAIGT ROAD...JUST AS DWI'S WERE STARTING TO BECOME A 'FAD'...

..SURE, I HAD A 'FEW' IN ME...MOST IRONIC THING IS THAT IT WAS ON THE ISLAND OF PALM BEACH.

...THAT RX 7...STORY...NOT STOCK MOTOR?...
 Quoting: U 74785742

It had mods done to it by the guy I bought it from. Some wealthy guy who got bored with it. Was less than a couple of years old and had around 5000 miles on it when I bought it from him. He had one of his buddies make mods to it. Was a fun car but scary fast. That engine caught on fire because of a factory defect. Luckily the engine was covered under the warranty because it was a known defect. However, they accidentally printed it out as owner pay at the dealership. The bill was almost $14,000 just a damn engine. I did not have to pay for it. Only had the new engine for a few weeks when something broke in the turbocharger and sent shrapnel into the engine. At least according to the dealership. Neither of the second 2 engines were as fast at the first one. I sold the thing before it went out of warranty.

Not even close. I had an entire car around me. Scrump is doing close to that on a crotch-rocket with no helmet on a bike he just built. That is badass! And a little crazy. No offense bro.

167 in a 65. I had a 1993 RX-7. That thing was a rocket. I could still feel the acceleration when I pushed the pedal to the floor at 160. It felt like the rear end was starting to float so a chickened out and stopped at 167.

Also drove an Indycar at the Indianapolis 500 Speedway. Can't remember the top speed but it was less than the 167.

Never did anything badass really. Got beat up and threatened with murder by standing in front of a friend and some bullies.
Stood between some Akita and a dog they were attacking swinging a metal guitar stand at them, lol.

Re: What's the most badass thing you've ever done?
Came home one night to find that the crazy neighbor chicks and their friends had climbed the fence and were sitting in our hot tub naked (I was renting the place with friends from college). It was the middle of February and there was like 2' of snow on the ground too. I can't believe they made it in there actually. Anyway, long story short, we had had a kegerator upstairs that pretty much always had a half barrel in it, so I came back down with two pitchers of beer and cups and jumped in (naked) and joined them. We got so shitty drunk that me and 4 girls were running out into the front yard to flash drivers as they went by and roll in the snow before getting back into the hot tub. The people driving down the street were pretty floored to see 4 naked chicks & a dude running around in a yard naked in February (was like 2:30am by that time)! LOL. The friends finally left and then it was just me and my crazy neighbor girls and it didn't turn into a full on three-way but they took turns working my stick and while one was doing that I was kissing & playing touchy-feely with the other.

It was freaking FUN!!! And yes, the friend that dropped me off that night and my roommates were VERY bummed to hear what they missed out on but that was before cell phones and I had no way of contacting them to let them know to come home. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have anyway....what man in their right mind would not want 4 naked chicks in a hot tub all to themselves?!? And to think I came home early from the bar because I was tired and feeling sick. That perked me up! LOL.

Re: What's the most badass thing you've ever done?
I had forgotten about this but here's another one from my crazy youth. I was in Seattle because I was thinking of going to UW and was staying there with friends. One buddy of mine was big into Amway at the time and he was desperately trying to recruit me. So they had some big convention down in Portland and I finally let him talk me into going to it mainly because I wanted to see Portland....I had no intention of going to that silly convention. So we get down there and since he could not convince me to go to the convention, we started looking for something to do. We were both under 21 at the time so bars were out, so I came up with the bright idea of trying to see if we could go to the Nike factory and get a tour and maybe some free Air Jordans or something. Long story short, we get there and we're both wearing suits because we decided it would make a better impression (we both brought them because his sponsor wanted us to dress up for that silly convention) and we go to the gate and say "Hi, we're here for the tour we scheduled a couple of weeks ago." They were perplexed to say the least and the guard immediately began making phone calls. Finally after about 20 minutes, a guy shows up and he's like "Tour? What are you talking about, we don't give tours." So I immediately went into bullshit mode and started telling him how we both worked for a sporting goods chain back in my home state and that we had arranged a tour of the distribution facility because we wanted to model ours after theirs". Shockingly, the guy was like "Really? I think we can arrange that but who in the world did you talk to before showing up here?" I was like "Holy cow, we talked to so many people that I really can't remember and as you can see, neither of us have our briefcases....we accidentally left them in our hotel room." So the guys literally starts naming people and they were all male, so I said "Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was a female we spoke to" and when I said that, the guy was like "oh my god....that was so & so and she must have set this up and then forgotten to tell anyone about it. She doesn't even work in this facility!" I was like "Yep, that was her!" LOL. Within 15 minutes, we have visitor's passes and getting the grand tour of Nike's distribution center! LOL. After that it was fairly uneventful....we tried getting free "samples" which seemed to make them somewhat suspicious and they asked for our ID's which we gave them but we had done NOTHING wrong. All we (or I rather) did was bullshit them into giving us an in depth tour of the warehouse. LOL. It helped that I had worked a few summers already in a warehouse and knew all about how a distribution center worked. I asked ALL the right questions and really kept it flowing. I was an amazing bullshit artist back then....LOL.
