Our unit 1/37 Armor is mentioned in Armor Magazine 1992 May-June and the engagements are mentioned here (page 13) not everything is mentioned yet it's pretty accurate. [ link to www.benning.army.mil (secure)] We drove through a Republican Guards equivalent Artillery Barrage During the First Gulf War. It blew all of our TA-50 right off the tanks.
The only things left where burnt and shrapnel shredded straps.
