They're assholes.
Quoting: ScrumpTheTexan I rarely apologize, because its lip service. Words are cheap. You should reflect on what you did wrong, and try not to do it again, instead of saying sorry, and doing the same thing, again and again. Why can't you do both? Say "I'm sorry" or "I did wrong" and "in the future I will do or not do the following so it does not happen again". Real difficult.
