And that means dying, if needed. Living for Him means the world may want to kill you.

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

Is my mother in law "the world"? If so, glad its quit drinking. Keep up the good work.

Forget being asked to die for him he's just waiting for people to live for him.

I was told this in a dream. "Tell them to invite Life."

"The King" or life giver. The symbolism of the lion is that of the life-giving Father, the Spirit,

and its nature is of the center or the heart, through which all energy flows, and the life-force emanates.

Walking on water symbolizes being in a physical body on this earth, but not controlled by the lower desires. Death to lower desires.

To live for him.

Another non-bible reader.,

No better way to live for him than to give up your flesh for him.

When did Jesus promise he would save your flesh?

…And out of the smoke, locusts descended on the earth, and they were given power like that of the scorpions of the earth.

They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any plant or tree,

but only those who Did Not have the Seal of God on their foreheads.

The locusts were not given power to kill them, but only to torment them for five months, and their torment was like the stinging of a scorpion.…Rev 9:4

Those with the Seal Of God cannot be harmed.

We are called to do so you know.
 Quoting: Blan Halen

No, we aren't. Would be a waste of a life when you could be helping mankind as he did. He didn't want to be worshipped. He wanted mankind to change their ways and be "Christ like".

Been expecting it for years.

Not that I know of. Giving up your flesh life is putting the Christ first. That takes a complete surrender and change of thought. It's a path we walk one by one. It's not an easy path, but the resurrection is 'unspeakable' joy!
