A Constitutional Crisis Brewing - Nevada Senate Approves National Popular Vote Compact Bill

Ever since slutshit got elected to office, this state has taken giant strides into becoming a huge empty shit state. I honestly can't believe what I'm reading, but am not that surprised. They're trying to make illegal here for clinicians to say no to performing an abortion.

Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 of the Constitution reads: “No State shall, without the Consent of Congress . . . enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power.”

Consent of Congress means a bill that must also go to the Senate and then be signed by the president.

This interstate compact is what happened causing the civil war to go hot. Do we have to have another one?

First, sad that Nevada has entered into the TDS/Liberal Lunatic Association of States like my home state of Kalifornia.

Second, Trump, the RNC and the Justice Department need to fight this all the way to SCOTUS if they actually follow through.

I will love it when Trump wins the POPULAR VOTE but loses the electoral vote and still gets to be president and these fools will be responsible for it. With Biden this is very possible.

It’s all a show and meaningless. In order to change or abolish the electoral college, there would need to be a constitutional convention in which 2/3 of states vote in the affirmative. Good luck with that - ain’t gonna happen. I am looking forward to when the courts tell these states to fuck off when they try to erroneously delegate their electoral votes after trump wins relegation in an absolute landslide.

All states that do that will discover that their votes won't be counted. Those who voted for leaving Trump off the national election ballot will find themselves in Gitmo for treason for election tampering and counting the days they have left to live.

In effect Nevada is CEDING it's Citizen's Rights to New York, Texas, Illinois, Texas, and Florida with this legislation. Why not just have those other states ALSO elect it's Senators too??!!

3 candidates running ... a strong independent candidate who siphons votes from the Democrats (Bernie, or one of his ilk, running as an independent maybe?) and only Democrats, a Democrat, and a Republican, and the Republican edges out the Democrat in the popular national vote total ... voila, even though Nevada voted for a Democrat - or heaven forbid Bernie or a Bernie Clone - VOILA that state's electoral votes HAVE to go to the Republican!! The National Popular Vote Compact is Illegal as it attempts to derail the US Constitution and its standing laws.

It is a blatant attempt by criminals to execute what they would consider a soft coup d'état. This fraud is their only mechanism to usher in Communism/Socialism and dismantle the freedom & liberty that forms the bedrock of our country.

Try Try Try and Try Again to Remove Trump by Impeachment
If you cannot impeach, then make shit up to try and tarnish him.
As a back up to impeachment, push the National Popular Vote Compact to try and steal the 2020 election by fraudulent actions.
Look to commence voter fraud - have as many illegals vote as possible, people vote multiple times, etc. AND bring in as many illegals as possible to swell a fraudulent popular vote.
Take control of as much media and universities to push forward Communism, hidden under the softer naming convention of Socialism.

If this happens, this will be a time in which the second amendment was created.....as a last line of defense against such criminal actions by Democrats to eliminate our country's laws, values, freedoms, and culture from within.

You get it, it's as if representation is only for a certain chosen few on the coasts and major failing, collapsing urban centers which demand your money to support their unsupported semitheocracy.

Illegal, to amend the Constitution would need 38 state legislations, 2/3rds the of the house and senate, and then signed by the president. And this would also go to the SCOTUS and be deemed not legal. We are a Constitutional Republic not a direct democracy, if we can keep it. And if they ram this through somehow then they deserve the bullets first...

How could they stop it? The states are free to send any electors they want to represent them in the electoral college. Many states in the past already required their electors to all vote the same way. Now they are also telling them to vote for the popular vote. I do not think there is anything in the constitution telling the electors how to vote. That is a state right.
