The US is a crumbling empire. It doesn't matter who the figurehead is. No one is going to "fix things" because they are not fixable.

I'm just surprised we made it through Obama. I thought it would have completely collapsed by 2016.

Now we're back to one trillion dollar fiscal deficits and Trump is calling for lower fake interest rates and more money printing while the government's fake numbers don't even say we're in a technical recession.
