Quoting: Anonymous Coward 55378030 The medical system will eventually catch you and declare you diabetic and kill you with metformin. That's what they say to scare you. It is based on a typical western dish that's basically nothing but fast carbs. The key is to eat fat and protein and some high fibre carbs. Ad I said, my blood sugar is fine. They also ran a test with glucose to prove that I am damaged and my body can't deal with a high energy meal. I drank about 500 ml of glucose and they measured my insulin response. "Let us know when you feel sick", they said. I didn't. My body handled the artificial spike perfectly. |

I don't know the magic formula but I'm guessing every body is different. I've been unintentionally doing IF most of my life and most of the time I physically feel like crap. The best stories are told by the survivors. |

If you can good on you. I cant do it personally |

7thAdamu User ID: 76858314 United States 05/22/2019 03:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I only eat about 1100 calories a day, have been for years now, mostly meat. At first I did this to lose weight, I weighed 280 at 5'6" and was 36. I lost over 30 pounds a month until I levelled off at my current weight of 160. The hunger was a pain for a couple of weeks but after that feeling was gone I've had no problem. I'm a carpenter and do labor intense work 8-12 hours 6 days a week. I'm fit, muscular, not scrawny in anyway. I'm healthier than I've ever been and feel great. On the weekend, or when with friends for a day or so, and try to eat like they do I feel fat, slow and sick. I'm entirely convinced I could cut down to under 900 calories/day and feel even better. Most packaged foods make me sick like poison. What exactly are they worshipping here? :deadsheep: |

I do snack on a handful of whatever around 3 in the afternoon. "Never underestimate the pain of a person. In all honesty, everyone is struggling. Just some people are better at hiding it than others." Everyone has to work out their own salvation. Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards. |
