You're too attached to reality most likely you're not getting the right type of sleep and for the most part probably not been equipped with the right type of intellect to be able to perceive those type of experiences. You have to be able to extract yourself and be comfortable enough outside of your body and not fearing death basically to be able to venture outside of it or be clinically detached enough not to notice they are even in your body during the waking hours

I'm not saying you're stupid but these types of experiences actually have to be trained for and you have to have a certain type of mindset to be able to go beyond the pre-trial version of them with most people get and freaked out with when they first experience them and then literally put them on Block in so they don't experience them again as in most people that are blocked into these type of versions
