why don't i have out of body experiences

Yes, and if you can handle the earthy taste mix wormwood loose tea 50/50 with the scullcap, makes a great before bed tea blend. OBE's do not come easily for most folks because they try too hard. Dont do it I use to dabble in it and let me just warn you it is dangerous in the astral realm if you dont know what you are doing

I no longer mess around in the astral do to a really bad experience with an "unknown" who tried to get me to enter a door with him, he was a heavy set man, older probably around 50 to 60, wore black had a weird kind of hat like a top hat but shorter

He seemed very nice, but I had this weird kind of creepy feeling when talking him, then he walked me a little way down this road, and offered me to come through a door, I could see inside a little and it was a dark area, you could hear people laughing and playing, lots of children laughter

I assume the laughter was fake because it was eerie feeling when peeking in and the laughter was ungodly bone chilling, just seem set up

So, if you do decide to go over just be careful and trust no one

Demons are known to hang in the astral realm

I've had plenty of good exp. Too, dont get me wrong

I decided to not go back over after I met this guy in black

I would advise to stay out of there but if you decide to go just be careful and use the protection prayer

This will keep your body safe from other entities

For me, when I have done it. I laid down, relaxed and focused on one sound and one thought. Imagine yourself in the place you are in the area, totally aware of your surroundings. Totally relaxing your mind and body. Almost to the point where your "day dreaming".

The tricky part is concentration. When you are about to go out, don't let you mind wander. In this state of meditation you may hear a loud noise or a voice, your body might feel anxiety. You might feel your heart beat.

Ignore it and don't let it startle you or dwell on it.

Practice Meditation daily. You'll get used to it.

Personally I use a fan so I concentrate on the sound of the air moving, its like a tone.

Some use a metronome pendulum or a clock. Anything with a consistent sound.

I’m warning you not to do it or even try it. I had migraine headaches for a while and on a whim decided to try to accomplish an out of body to escape my headache. It didn’t really work but I felt strange.
That night a huge demon entered my space and fought with me and tried to kill me. I never had anything like this before and knew immediately why it happened. Don’t do it.

^That^ is how I confirmed my experiences are real.

I can 'travel' to the home of a distant relative seeing and hearing what is going on there.

Then I can call them and tell them what they are wearing, drinking, watching on TV, or whatever and they confirm my observations.

The only problem is that when discarnate an entity has no sense of touch. It can see, and hear, but cannot feel. That requires a physical presence (a body).

That is both a great advantage and an eternal curse and adjunctly is why we come here to experience the gift of sensation.

I have always been a prolific dreamer and dream tripper.
It started as nightmares about my sister, when I was younger, she later, died. and the imagery I was being showed then made more sense, instead of thinking it was a reoccurring nightmare, I was actually being shown, that she would not make it to adulthood.

I envy kids with close siblings, mine have never been there....

I was an insomniac as a teenager and taught myself to meditate. after my first astral experience, I stopped. it freaked me the fuck out.

Years later something was trying to come through and translated into anxiety attacks in the middle of the night, which just made me really angry with myself for being so weak.

I started meditating again .... and traveled to many many places on the globe and off, since then.

It takes practice, but it also takes care with your diet and mental state.

They are right to warn you to be careful, but don't let it stop you exploring your inner self and workings, over fright.

Years later I have learned that some people DO dream and trip around the place but that energy is taken from them, as well as the memories of such travels.
They have 'blocks' placed on them by others from a distance.
