Broken foot. Still issues. What helps healing?
Hello

I broke my foot (bones and capsular rapture) pretty bad some 5 months ago and now I don't need anything to wear. But I still walk like a pirate with a wooden leg and sometimes some pain comes back when walking longer distances.

Any ideas on how to better heal the foot? Best would be all natural.

Thanks for the help!

The bad news is you might be susceptable to gout later on.

Injuries to the foot tend to be sources for attacks (painful) of gout as uric acid crystals gather in the big toe region.

A natural cure is cherries, cherry extract, juice or in any form, from frozen to stewed to raw or baked.

You might try some new shoes a half size bigger than usual, with comfort insoles.

A member here ' Lance Roseman From BC yesterday recommended using comfrey to rapidly heal broken bones and relieve pain.
He made that post on page 2352 of Keybored's Qanon thread.

He also gave this link to a comfrey seller.

Check out his post, hope it helps!

i broke my big toe and it was painful for about 5 years until i went on a snowboarding holiday, and all that time spent with my foot locked into position on the snowboard somehow completely healed it.

Yep,probably reset the tendons, tensioned the muscles, reset the brains response mode to foot nerves.the foot is a very complicated organism that must be properly tuned for best performance.its why babies are clumsy when walking.

Yes.six weeks off foot,no caffiene or cigs, then boot thats tight while walking.like combat boot.tight!

You may need magnesium. Necessary for bones, not just calcium. Also boron. Sorry.

5 months is way too soon for long distances. Pain is your body telling you to stop. Ride a bike or swim at the Y, but take it easy walking,

ok, I should clarify: "long distance" currently is about 20-30 min of walking at slow pace.

Well, it went better and better and now it somewhat stagnates.. Pretty frustrating.

Comfrey leaves/roots.

Fresh or Oil or dried leaves and/or roots with enough water to make a paste.

They don't call it knitbone for nothing, this stuff is a miracle for healing bones, bruises, sprains, etc.

If you don't know what it is or don't know where any is growing, [link to www.mountainroseherbs.com (secure)] is a fine company.

Not being a pussy helps but I see you are German and all the brave German men died in the last world war so it's a very small chance you have of being able to suck it up and not be a bitch. Good luck Klaus try CBD salve or Electric shock or something in between.

 Quoting: It's A Secret

AGREED. COMFREY IS KNOWN AS BONE KNIT.

Can be taken internally & externally.

Dr. Christopher in United States was at odds with FDA to keep comfrey in his products. As soon as he passed his heirs/family caved into FDA and removed it from oral products.

HIs ointment formula might still have comfrey in it.

Good luck. This is just for entertainment & does not take the place of a licensed physician.

Yes, that is while the bone is healing. Comfrey knits the bone. For an already mostly healed foot...I'm not so sure. First you have to check to see that all the bones are in the right place (the world is sorley lacking in Traditional bone setters) then you can heal it with comfrey but you have to stay off it. SO go get a good x-ray and see where your bones are at and if they are aligned....then comfrey will speed the process.

I feel for you op. I broke 3 metatarsal bones karate chopping the stud in an old connecting door. Didn't know it was there so used full force as I intended to kick the door in. Fell flat on my ass in pain. The foot break was horrible. I used oils and massaged it alot. It hurts still, 10 yrs later sometimes. Probably arthritis from not wearing the boot as long as I should have. Massage helps tho.

Re: Broken foot. Still issues. What helps healing?
25 years with plantar faciitus in right foot and flat feet. Stiff sole is needed for my problem. But regardless throw away all tennis shoe types. I only wear lightweight hiking boots with Dr. Shol inserts. Not the $7 one. Get the most expensive one they've got. Custom orthodics never worked for me. Merell boots are very comfortable but pricey.

If you've been wearing tennis shoes try a lightweight hiking boot with good inserts

There is also this...as a topical...
[link to eastmeetswest.com (secure)]

Oddly there is no carrier agent in it (ie it should not be able to penetrate the skin) but it does penetrate the skin and highly effectively. I'm sure you can order it online somewhere. But find a good source ie. DYODD....

Marijuana speeds healing, but we have to support herb shops now to hire the witches. Then they shut them again and start poisoning us again.

It will still help for a mostly healed bone + the tendons surrounding the injury :)

Re: Broken foot. Still issues. What helps healing?
Checkout John E. Sarno's book Healing Backpain (it deals with all pain syndromes), beyond this proper diet of living foods, removed refined sugars, as much processed foods, etc. and exercise the foot regularly, start with regular walks, jogging etc. or even at the gym or look up exercises on youtube
The real trick is to learn to think critically; ask better and more questions. Don't accept anything at face value. Be sure you're making healthy decisions, getting adequate rest and spending proper time reflecting on things.

Re: Broken foot. Still issues. What helps healing?
How to make comfrey tea, don't listen to the dolts who say it is hepatoxic. That data was skewed and I helped trace it back to the source. The source was a drunk in the UK and a drunk in AUssie land both drank it daily (bad idea) for years on end while drinking hard alcohol. They both got...shock and horror,,,liver cancer. BS...it's old...

Anyhow, take an ounce of comfrey and a gallon jar and pour boiling water onto it (you can add flavourings to it...citrus rinds are okay) then if possible (sounds woo I know but it does something) let it sit in the sun for a day. Then drink that gallon over 2-3 days. Repeat.
