Injuries to the foot tend to be sources for attacks (painful) of gout as uric acid crystals gather in the big toe region. A natural cure is cherries, cherry extract, juice or in any form, from frozen to stewed to raw or baked. You might try some new shoes a half size bigger than usual, with comfort insoles. |

But I still walk like a pirate with a wooden leg and sometimes some pain comes back when walking longer distances. Any ideas on how to better heal the foot? Best would be all natural. Thanks for the help! Sam Not being a pussy helps but I see you are German and all the brave German men died in the last world war so it's a very small chance you have of being able to suck it up and not be a bitch. Good luck Klaus try CBD salve or Electric shock or something in between. |

Dr. Christopher in United States was at odds with FDA to keep comfrey in his products. As soon as he passed his heirs/family caved into FDA and removed it from oral products. HIs ointment formula might still have comfrey in it. Good luck. This is just for entertainment & does not take the place of a licensed physician. |

[link to www.montanaherbalwoman.com (secure)] Yes, that is while the bone is healing. Comfrey knits the bone. For an already mostly healed foot...I'm not so sure. First you have to check to see that all the bones are in the right place (the world is sorley lacking in Traditional bone setters) then you can heal it with comfrey but you have to stay off it. SO go get a good x-ray and see where your bones are at and if they are aligned....then comfrey will speed the process. I broke 3 metatarsal bones karate chopping the stud in an old connecting door. Didn't know it was there so used full force as I intended to kick the door in. Fell flat on my ass in pain. The foot break was horrible. I used oils and massaged it alot. It hurts still, 10 yrs later sometimes. Probably arthritis from not wearing the boot as long as I should have. Massage helps tho. |

Stiff sole is needed for my problem. But regardless throw away all tennis shoe types. I only wear lightweight hiking boots with Dr. Shol inserts. Not the $7 one. Get the most expensive one they've got. Custom orthodics never worked for me. Merell boots are very comfortable but pricey. If you've been wearing tennis shoes try a lightweight hiking boot with good inserts |

I'm sure you can order it online somewhere. But find a good source ie. DYODD.... Sarno's book Healing Backpain (it deals with all pain syndromes), beyond this proper diet of living foods, removed refined sugars, as much processed foods, etc. and exercise the foot regularly, start with regular walks, jogging etc. or even at the gym or look up exercises on youtube The real trick is to learn to think critically; ask better and more questions. Don't accept anything at face value. Be sure you're making healthy decisions, getting adequate rest and spending proper time reflecting on things. |
Lance Roseman From BC User ID: 30616576 Canada 05/22/2019 09:27 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | How to make comfrey tea, don't listen to the dolts who say it is hepatoxic. That data was skewed and I helped trace it back to the source. The source was a drunk in the UK and a drunk in AUssie land both drank it daily (bad idea) for years on end while drinking hard alcohol. They both got...shock and horror,,,liver cancer. BS...it's old... Anyhow, take an ounce of comfrey and a gallon jar and pour boiling water onto it (you can add flavourings to it...citrus rinds are okay) then if possible (sounds woo I know but it does something) let it sit in the sun for a day. Then drink that gallon over 2-3 days. Repeat.
