Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76130010 Either that or they are trying to delay his extradition to the US to prevent Trump from giving a pardon. He has done nothing wrong. Freedom of speech. Get him in the USA and then we do a internet freedom of speech bill that get's him off. It is estimated that there are more stars than grains of sand on earth; but more atoms exist in a single grain of sand than there are stars... gravity is a harsh reality. |

He has a face i dont trust, but i was excited to see what he had to reveal, basically from all i have read, nothing big was revealed, i may be wrong, but the most important thing that we learned was that there was no security with the emails. Still i feel sorry for him. Ostria |

Now he is the Don, he has forgotten who the hell gave him a leg up. That's thanks with a capital GTFO. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77668094 I don't think Assange's fate will ever be in Trump's hands. It is definitely out of the hands of the piss weak politicians in this country who would not stand up for their own mother against our greatest of allies and partners in perdition. |

Still i feel sorry for him. I think he was working with the bad guys, but then either got out or got thrown under the bus. Before he was at the Ecuadoran embassy, he was staying in a house paid for by Soros' Open Society and had a Rothschild consigliere for a lawyer. :soros: :rothschild: However, he had the goods on Killary and Barry -- and also on the British spy apparatus and their attempt to sway the election to Clinton on behalf if her Rothschild friends, Evelyn and Lady Forester de Rothschild. As a result... He is perhaps fucked. Pardon my French. |

The real trick is to learn to think critically; ask better and more questions. Don't accept anything at face value. Be sure you're making healthy decisions, getting adequate rest and spending proper time reflecting on things. |

Why should it be? There is a bigger issue at stake here that even Assange is ignoring. That is the United States trying to bully other countries (including their alleged friends) into letting US law preside over their own laws. While I don't know if Assange has ever been to the US, their laws do not apply outside their territory. He must be tried in the country he was in when 'offences' occurred and only to the extent that it is an offence in that country. Any sarcasm in this post is purely intentional. |

Ron Wyden (D-Oregon) has become a rare voice among the US politicians to denounce the new US indictment of WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange as an encroachment on First Amendment rights. In a statement on Thursday, hours after Assange was hit with 17 additional charges under the Espionage Act, that carry a maximum total sentence of 170 years, Wyden warned that using the draconian legislation to effectively punish Assange for journalistic work might have dangerous implications to the freedom of press in the US.
