Undercover Reporter visits a Cambian Childrens Home. They own 160 in the UK. Absolutely shocking. The local council pays this private run company £5,000 per child per week. And they live on basic rations and are dragged from one care home to another. [ link to youtu.be (secure)] Untrained Staff, neglect of children's special needs. No wonder kids in care homes never recover.
