Can anyone explain this like I'm an American and what this means? And why this will result in something different than the delay that we've seen?

People across Europe finally got fed up with mainstream politics and narrative being constantly fed for the last years, decades. So what happened now is that mr. Farage has multiplied. And in UK he is now leading Politician. On the other hand.It can not be compered with the USA.And not easily explained. You do not have such political or intellectual or cultural diversity. You have black and white, cowboys and Indians, Heaven and Hell and nothing in between. We have Shakespeare and Kingdom of Denmark.
