close, its basically the same AI that facebook uses, except instead of monitoring for right wing, anti-leftist loon lbtqfag posts, it translates people who makes posts about the restaurants in question, and tries to tell if they are speaking the truth or not. In other words, it uses people's words to kind of guess if they're being sarcastic or not, and if the restaurant is actually producing food that is making people ill.

So if you don't use facebook, this means very little to you. And if you don't post on the restaurant's facebook page, it mine as well be another form of redundant and over intrusive technology, that is probably getting funding from tax payer dollars.
